業務内容
- Design, develop, and deploy optimization engines for BEV charging/discharging to minimize household energy costs.
- Build, train, and evaluate ML/optimization models (e.g., forecasting energy prices, demand, vehicle usage; formulating and solving control/optimization problems).
- Collaborate with product manager and engineers to align development with complex multi-system environments.
- Identify issues, propose solutions, and lead technical communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Work with integration teams to ensure technologies are usable and seamlessly integrated; mentor teammates and promote engineering best practices through documentation and code quality.
技術スタック
必須スキル
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- 7+ years in machine learning / optimization / data science
- Strong programming in Python & Go; experience with ML frameworks
- Experience taking ML models from prototype to production
- Knowledge of one or more cloud platforms (e.g., AWS)
- Strong business communication skills with stakeholders
- Ability to design core, well-tested building blocks; user-centric thinking
- Business-level Japanese/English proficiency
