業務内容
- Database operations: monitoring, configuration management, upgrades, scaling, backups, and data migrations
- Iterate on database operations to improve quality and efficiency
- Troubleshoot stability and performance issues
- Contribute to documentation for knowledge sharing and effective decision-making
- Research and test new tools in database ecosystems and adopt them across PayPay Group
技術スタック
必須スキル
- 5+ years DBA experience, with at least 3 years on MySQL or PostgreSQL
- 3+ years AWS experience
- Hands-on Infra as Code (IaC) with Terraform
- Scripting in Python or Go, plus shell
- Experience in database operations (monitoring, backup, upgrade, scaling, data migration)
