業務内容

• Lead and grow the Platform Microservices team (8–12 engineers), setting clear goals, providing mentorship, and maintaining a healthy balance between people management and technical contribution (7:3 ratio).
• Provide technical leadership for scalable microservices architecture, API contracts, versioning, and reusable platform services to accelerate product delivery.
• Collaborate with product, infrastructure, and SRE teams to design and operate cloud-native services with high reliability, scalability, and security; ensure timely delivery aligned with business goals.
• Promote CI/CD, comprehensive testing (unit/integration), and robust deployment strategies; enhance observability (monitoring, logging, tracing) and lead incident management/postmortems.
• Drive security best practices across services (authentication/authorization, secrets management) and advocate containerized, cloud-native architectures.
