業務内容

• Drive customer outcomes by shaping opportunities and translating business needs into clear, actionable technical approaches.
• Build and deliver production-grade solutions in customer environments with end-to-end ownership.
• Accelerate time-to-value in ambiguity by delivering iterative, high-impact solutions; engage and influence senior stakeholders to align priorities.
• Tailor solutions using industry and customer context; prepare and transition work to Forward Deployed Engineers (FDE) crews with clear scope and strong technical direction.
• Maintain continuity across engagement lifecycle and navigate complex account dynamics with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and ongoing success.

技術スタック

必須スキル

• Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development (or equivalent).
• 3+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
• 2+ years experience in customer-facing technical roles (e.g., consulting, solutions engineering, field engineering, or similar).
• Experience with AI/ML technologies, cloud architecture, data engineering, and using AI tools and workflows in creating software engineering artifacts.
• Fluency in Japanese and English.
