業務内容

  • Design, develop, and optimize a high-performance real-time platform for pricing, quoting, and lifecycle automation across FICC derivatives.
  • Build and maintain low-latency electronic trading systems and infrastructure; ensure robustness and scalability.
  • Implement and operate FIX protocol for order routing, market data, and post-trade communications with exchanges and counterparties.
  • Collaborate with quants, venues, traders, and sales to translate strategies into production-ready code.
  • Perform system analysis, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure reliability and accuracy.
  • Develop tools for monitoring, alerting, and reporting on trading system performance and market activity.
  • Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions; contribute to technical direction and SDLC practices.
  • Explore AI/ML tooling to enhance workflows and system capabilities; ensure regulatory and risk compliance.

  • Java (commercial experience) and Python for analytics/AI
  • FIX protocol (4.2/4.4/5.0 SP2): parsing, sessions, messaging
  • Real-time data processing, distributed systems, multi-threading
  • Low-latency design; market microstructure, RFQ/RFT, auto-quoting, lifecycle automation
  • OO design, data structures/algorithms; trading workflows
  • DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing; SDLC collaboration
  • Ability to work with global teams and communicate across technical/business audiences
